Main equipment including one 3500 rolling line and one 3800 rolling line , a set of 5000 tons pressing machines, 3800 mm rolling mill and the rolling force can be up to 96000 KN ; the largest in continuous casting billet rolling out 100 mm below the flaw detection, the performance of the steel plate;can use ingot rolling out below 400 mm cover inspection, performance and below 600 mm strip shape, the chemical composition of steel, can fully satisfy the high precision, high strength, high toughness, thick steel plate production requirements.

After 50 mm steel plate rolling under the ACC cooling system, layer flow fast cooling plate surface temperature rapid cooling, to achieve grain refinement, organization and improvement of the effect of steel plate.
