Heat resistant steel 347H introduction :
347H is a kind of Austenitic stainless steel heat resistant steel . 347H has good corrosion resistance, weldability and heat strong performance. 347H stainless steel used in large boiler superheater reheater, steam pipes, petrochemical heat exchanger tube.

Heat resistant steel 347H Design Features :
1. Superior general corrosion resistance over Type 321 due to stabilization with columbium.
2. Reduced tendencies to form continuous networks of chromium carbides at the grain boundaries.
3. Better high temperature properties than 304 or 304L. Generally used for parts which are intermittently heated up to 1500°F. For continuous service the maximum temperature is 1650°F.
4. Type 347 has high carbon (.04 to .10) for better high temperature creep properties.
5. Improved intergranular corrosion resistance.
